My partner and I (Steve - Co-Chef) were greatly inspired by our amazing travels over the 23+ Years we have been together. Due to his work in the Diving industry we have spent time, lived and worked in Asia - Malaysia & Singapore (over 4 years), Thailand (many times) where we booth took Thai-cooking classes at the 5*Star Cape Panwa restaurant in Phuket. (Under the head Chef)
Steve also worked as a chef on liveaborad luxury yacht charters (Little Cayman Diver II) in the Cayman Islands. He also worked in the Bahamas and Florida. For the past 12 years we have been based in Sedella, near Malaga in Spain (Costa Del Sol) where fresh vegetables and fruits are abundant... Steve excels at French, Spanish & Asian fusion Cuisine...

Pricing / Cost: The Food is paid for in advance at cost!
We have a set rate of €75 euros per head/person for service, which does not include, purchasing the food (expenses at cost).
Preparation, delivery, cooking, full table service and clearing away / cleaning up. Average time is 3-4 hours. 2-3 or up to 8 people on service total including x2 Chefs... Georgina and Steve. We we bring all materials required and use the villa BBQ / Grills etc... QUALITY IS TOTALLY ASSURED!


Chicken Satay (Indonesia/Asian)
Marinated in Asian spices, with Lemon and Lime. Can be hot and spicy (With Chilies) or mild and tasy (Without Chilies). To your taste or preference!
We can also do... Moroccan style Kebabs - Maroc Chicken - Middle-Eastern Spices or plain / no spices. Can be Grilled or Charcoal-Grilled with wood-chips (smoked). Flat / Pitta bread also included. Plus we can add Garlic, Herbs & Spices, on request... As an extra tasty treat!
