We also clean up and leave no trace. We also offer a delivery service, for food we can cook and deliver to you as a heat & eat service.. We can adjust dishes to your taste i.e. Spicy or Mild etc.

Stephen (Steve) Craig-Murray
Steve has over 35 years experience of cooking and service, he has also lived and worked in 19 Countries from Asia to the USA. And can cook almost anything, with specialist dishes being Spanish cuisine and Asian-Fusion. Indian - Thai - Malay - Indoneisan and Chinese. Favourite dishes to cook are Albondigas, Tapas and Estafado (Spanish Stew). Asian - Malaysian Rendang (Beef Curry) and Goat Curry... Sweet and Sour Fish and Vermerchelli (Singpaore Noodles) Spicy.
Caribbean: Jerk - Black Beans & Rice, Jamacian fried chicken
